University signs Berlin 9 open access agreement

"The University [of Kansas] is making international news – this time not for its discoveries, but rather for the availability of its research. Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little recently signed the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Science and Humanities (Berlin 9), which affirms that Kansas researchers’ findings are available to the public.
