"The Bavarian State Library held on Thursday 8 September and Friday, 9 September 2011 in the Historic College in Munich on the occasion of a symposium of the online offering of the "Leibniz Publik," the Excellency portal for the Leibniz Prize winners of the German Research Foundation (DFG)....The publishing platform will offer free access to selected publications by scientists who were up to the year 2005 (first phase), the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize. In many publications, the full-text open access to the platform to be used in other documents that are accessible through metadata to Leibniz Publik, will link to the publisher-supplied free of charge offer. In both cases, is made possible by consensus with authors and publishers of free access to copyrighted works for private and scientific use...."
