"Each faculty member grants to Lafayette College permission to make available his or her scholarly articles in the College’s institutional repository as allowed by copyright agreements....The Provost or the Provost’s designate will waive application of the resolution for a particular article or for all articles by a particular author upon written request by a faculty member...."
