"Lithuanian Research Library Consortium (LMBA) presented at the Vilnius Book Fair which was held on February 17-20 in Vilnius. On 17 February, the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium organized two events....The second event was ‘Open access: how to increase visibility, usage and citations of the research output of Lithuanian scientists?’ During this event, three presentations were made on various aspects of open access including a description of the OpenAIRE EC-funded project, open access in Lithuania, and legal issues related to open access.
