"For more than a year, [Barbara] Godard worked with the Tessera collective to secure their approval to make the journal [Tessera] available online without restrictions. She also helped the York University Libraries to digitize the Tessera back files by sourcing additional copies of the journal to be used for the digitization process. The legacy of Godard's efforts is now available online through the York Digital Journals program. Tessera's 21 years of scholarship can be viewed with open access by scholars around the world...."
