Summary:

"CLOCKSS is very pleased to announce that it has added a twelfth library to its network of worldwide distributed archive nodes. The new node is hosted at Humboldt University, in Berlin, Germany....The node at Humboldt University will store a complete version of the CLOCKSS archive content and will use award-winning open-source LOCKSS technology to automatically and continually check with the other nodes, audit itself, and repair any differences. If content in the archive becomes no longer available from any publisher ("trigger" event), CLOCKSS will release the content and make it available for free to the entire world...."
