From Google's English: "The [Danish] government looks at the possibility of introducing open access - free access - to all scientific papers published in peer-reviewed journals whose articles are based on research paid for with public funds....[A] committee set up by the Ministry of Science, Open Access Committee recommends in a report that has just been hearing that there should be free access to publicly-paid research articles...."
