Senate Resolution on Open Access (December 4, 2009)

The Concordia Faculty Senate released a draft OA mandate. The policy is a loophole mandate, requiring faculty to deposit their peer-reviewed manuscripts in the Concordia IR unless their publishers will not allow it. The resolution also creates a waiver option for faculty (hence a waiver option for both publishers and faculty).
