eIFL.net and NDLTD signed a Memorandum of Understanding — NDLTD

"eIFL.net and the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD) decided to work together to promote the adoption, creation, use, dissemination and preservation of electronic analogues to the traditional paper-based theses and dissertations and to make intellectual outputs from developing and transition countries more visible and more easily accessible locally and globally. Collaboration between eIFL.net and NDLTD is envisaged in...the joint support of an open access model for ETDs (policies and practices)."
