Public consultation on the future EU 2020 strategy

The EU called for public comments on its 2020 strategy. The call doesn't mention OA, but comments in support of OA will be relevant. From the introduction: "The exit from the [worst economic and financial crisis in decades] should be the point of entry into a new sustainable social market economy, a smarter, greener economy, where our prosperity will come from innovation and from using resources better, and where the key input will be knowledge...."
