[From Google's English] "The International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers (STM) - which includes the Dutch Publishers Association (NUV) is a member - has a number of model licenses designed for publishers that material asOpen Access want to make available. In an open letter to dozens of organizations, including Creative Commons, object to these agreements. The signatory organizations see these new licenses as superfluous and unnecessarily complicating. They are incompatible with existing licenses and ultimately harmful to the Open Access movement. The open letter calls for the use of Creative Commons licenses ..."
