AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Proposed rule; notice of intent.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency... ...EPA and the
State of Alabama, through the Alabama Department of Environmental
Management (ADEM), have determined that all appropriate response
actions under CERCLA have been completed. However, this deletion does
not preclude future actions under Superfund.
DATES: Comments must be received by April 17, 2017.
