KEYSTONE XL: Pipeline lobbyists donated to U.S. senators while under Canadian contract

While the Alberta government paid a Washington lobbying firm last year to promote the Keystone XL pipeline, the firm made $17,000 in campaign contributions to U.S. senators it was lobbying on behalf of the province.
