DAKOTA ACCESS: Activists hail 'historic decision' stopping pipeline

Dakota Access pipeline opponents were elated yesterday as news of the Obama administration's refusal to grant a final permit made its way around the protesters' camp. In its long-awaited decision, the Army Corps of Engineers announced it would not grant the easement needed for the pipeline to cross Lake Oahe, a dammed section of the Missouri River.
