PENNSYLVANIA: Governor pushes gas production tax to balance budget

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf is asking the state Legislature for a natural gas production tax as part of a plan to streamline state government and balance the budget, setting up what could be another standoff over how much the energy industry should contribute to state government.
