TECHNOLOGY: Elon Musk to donate $100M for carbon capture prize

Tesla Inc. CEO Elon Musk said yesterday he will donate $100 million toward a prize for the "best carbon capture technology," referring to the broad suite of technologies used to trap carbon dioxide emissions, which can then be reused or stored.
