"Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence Services (BIS) in I&T Enterprise Solutions Services you will be assigned to lead the I&T Open Data team to supervise and support the Open Data program while providing expert functional and technical consulting, implementation and sustainment services to support City Open Data and Open Government initiatives.    

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibilities as a Senior Systems Integrator (Open Data Supervisor) will be varied, but you will be expected to:

• Lead the Open Data development and sustainment at tactical, project and operational levels including Open Data portal, email, social media channels and any other applications required to enable the City Open Data Program and ensuring the delivery of an effective customer service to the public
• Co-ordinate City engagement with the Open Data community including City involvement in open Data events.
• Co-ordinate with the Open Data Program partners (including City Clerk's, GCC and Data Management team) on the deployment of open data sets to the public
• Develop and/or apply data management disciplines within the context of corporate architectures and technology standards."
