Summary:

"Cambridge University Press’s Academic division has agreed its first unlimited Open Access hybrid and wholly Open Access journals deal.

The agreement with the UKB (the consortium of the 13 Dutch university libraries and the National Library of the Netherlands) means Dutch affiliated authors can publish without limitation in both our hybrid and wholly Open Access journals. This is in line with the Dutch mandate (November 2013) that 60% of Dutch governmentally-funded academic publications had to be Open Access within five years (2019) and 100% within 10 years (2024)."
