"The Office of Scholarly Communication at Cambridge University is looking for a Project Coordinator to join its dynamic team. The role will be multi-faceted and responsible for directing and managing the logistical, quality and administrative processes required to deliver the end goals of many OSC projects. This includes a quality assurance role in delivering project governance, documentation and communication processes.

Due to the constantly evolving nature of the OSC, new projects will arise as time progresses. The role must provide and improve a strong communications management framework within and around each project. In addition to this, excellent interpersonal skills are critical as the role must provide a professional, welcoming and well-judged customer interface for the complete range of project stakeholders.

The role will also encompass a training component as part of a team responsible for developing and delivering training in areas of scholarly communication to the research community, particularly PhD students and Post Doctoral staff. The Project Coordinator will have direct responsibility for the implementation of a new policy for the collection of digital theses at Graduation and for a long view project to support academic led publishing."
