"It seems to me that music recordings and interviews with famous musicians would have wide appeal, and I cannot figure out why the BL would restrict access to such a potentially popular collection. It could certainly be that the Universities pay money for the usage of the collections, but without any documentation of that agreement, the restrictions appear arbitrary and blatantly classist."
