CNI Fall 2016 Membership Meeting: The HathiTrust Research Center: It Takes a Village

December 12: "Representatives from CNI member organizations gather twice annually to explore new technologies, content, and applications; to further collaboration; to analyze technology policy issues; and to catalyze the development and deployment of new projects. Each member organization may send two representatives." December 13: "In this panel discussion, which will be moderated by HTRC Executive Director Mike Furlough, we examine two topics: 1. The HTRC Scholars' Commons program that is focused on developing and sharing a training program for librarians on text analysis and data mining foundation concepts using HTRC tools; 2. The organizational integration steps of the HathiTrust Digital Library to integrate the output of HTDL governance and working groups and committees with the ongoing work of the HTRC and vice versa."
