Summary:

"We want your help in deciding which prototypes are most novel and impactful. Your vote plays a critical role in determining which three of the six finalist teams will compete for a grand prize of $230,000.  The winning prototype will be selected by the National Institutes of Health and the Wellcome Trust, and publicly announced in March 2017.

Instructions for Public Voting

  • Review the Prototypes – Use the Prototypes tab (top right corner or below) to browse through the prototypes of the six teams.
  • Vote – Once you have reviewed the prototypes, use the “VOTE NOW” tab to select the three prototypes (in order of preference) that you would like to be shortlisted for review by an expert panel.

You can vote once for up to three selections (first, second, and third choice). Multiple voting using alternative email addresses will invalidate your vote. The three highest-scoring teams will be shortlisted and the final decision made by the expert advisors and funding partners.

Voting runs from December 1, 2016, through 11:59 p.m. PST on January 6, 2017."
