"Purpose

Develop a thriving and growing user community around the library and researcher-focused technology services offered by the Texas Digital Library, providing end-to-end service coordination, with an Initial focus on TDL's research data management and digital preservation services.

Essential Functions

With minimal supervision, develops and implements overall outreach strategy for TDL's hosted services, focusing on new services for digital preservation and research data management. Includes online and in-person outreach, creation of web-based content for services, and development of innovative promotional programs. Creates and delivers training materials and resources, both in-person and online. Handles on-boarding of new users of these services, including creation of user accounts, management of contracts, and consulting on process and best practices. Leads/participates in consortial working groups and committees related to these services. Plays integral role in product development for research data and digital preservation services, including requirements gathering, product road mapping, and marketing of services. Manages record keeping and reporting around member services and user community. Handles contracts and invoicing related to these services."
