"Nearing Christmas, we have welcomed 35 new publishers (either as members or through our partners) and added 976 new titles to the OAPEN Library (941 books and 35 chapters). We now host a total of 3334 publications in OAPEN.
In 2016, 13 publishers signed up as OAPEN member, among them distinguished publishers such as Oxford University Press and Policy Press, and new initiatives, such as Luminos, the OA book imprint of the University of California Press, and the University of Westminster Press.
A large number of publications were added in cooperation with our partners: European Research Council (ERC), Austrian Science Fund (FWF), Wellcome Trust (WT), Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and Knowledge Unlatched (KU)."
