"The Research Data Team within Springer Nature’s Open Research Group seek a passionate and adaptable Research Data Manager for an exciting new role within the organization. The successful candidate will work on research data publishing activities across Springer Nature.

To support research data publishing activities across Springer Nature, the Research Data Manager will:

• Develop, test and manage delivery of data publishing services and workflows
• Manage Research Data Support helpdesk services including data policy implementation by Springer Nature publications Support journal editors and authors across Springer Nature to comply with research data policies, and to publish research data supporting their publications, in partnership with data repositories
• With guidance of the Data Curation Editor, understand and help provide ways of improving processes for the creation and checking of metadata to increase discovery and reuse of research data
• Work with the wider research data team to research, evaluate and consider publishing as peer-reviewed papers on new developments in peer review and publishing processes for research data
• Other editorial tasks that the Scientific Data Managing Editor may assign from time to time"
