"The staff of the National Transportation Library (NTL) would like to introduce you to their new digital repository, the Repository and Open Science Access Portal, affectionately known as ROSA P. ROSA P will replace the current NTL repository in the coming weeks. But before that can happen, the NTL staff would like show off the look and feel of ROSA P to the transportation library community. Plus, the NTL staff is inviting you, as the main group of future users of ROSA P, to participate in testing the new software during this soft launch phase. Details on how to become a volunteer user-tester will be given during the TLR."
