"This innovative new digital format presents subjects in the form of a ‘living book’ with articles of various types, in a non-linear thematic presentation that offers readers the option to select and sort subjects they wish to read. With long and short articles, blogs, videos, audio and Storifys, these ‘books’ are added to and grow over a period of time.

Due to the nature of material featured in BOOC only certain types of content were subject to peer review. Non-traditional content such as videos and Storifys have been excluded from the peer review process."
