Summary:

"University Libraries and the Office of Research and Economic Development provide an Open Access Publishing Fund to support faculty who want to have their article published in an open access format. By making their articles open access, price and permission barriers are removed so that everyone can review their research worldwide. UNCG faculty can receive up to $1,000 of funding each fiscal year. For more information about the guidelines, the application process and  a link to an online application form, visit http://uncg.libguides.com/scholarlycomm. If you have questions, please contact Beth Bernhardt, Assistant Dean for Collection Management and Scholarly Communications at beth_bernhardt@uncg.edu. The following faculty and graduate students received funding for the 2016 - 2017 academic year."
