"We are looking for a proactive and effective networker that has a solid and integral personality. You are responsible for advising and supporting management in the field of Open Science, including the Open Access publication and disclosure of research data. On these two subjects you form the bridge between the Supervisory Board, external partners and the rest of the NWO organization. You participate in NWO-wide and external partnerships, in which partner organizations of NWO collaborate on the realization of Dutch and European ambitions to make science more accessible to others.

In addition, you focus on quality care in the organization. You initiate evaluations of organizational components and NWO-wide programs and policies, you support the management of managing information and contribute significantly to NWO's accountancy cycle and annual planning. You should also coordinate the integrity policy with your tasks.

You are focused on cooperation because you are largely dependent on expertise found elsewhere in the organization or beyond. To this end you take the initiative. Therefore, you build and maintain a strong network within NWO, with parties from the knowledge coalition, relevant ministries and sister organizations of NWO abroad."
