Summary:

Funding is available for open access journals that do not charge a fee for institutions, libraries or readers for access to the content, and do not have an embargo period for access. In order to include as many authors as possible while covering typical costs the Library Open Access Fund will support 100% of the supported charges with a limit of $3000.00 per fiscal year. Distribution is on a first come first served basis until funds are exhausted.
