Understanding Effective Access to Justice, OECD-OSJI Technical Workshop - OECD

The OECD and the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) convened a 2-day technical workshop on measuring people’s legal needs and effective access to justice. The meeting brought together a group of governmental, non-governmental and academic experts to discuss the people-focused measurement approaches to access to justice, including legal needs surveys and their practical use.
