Blackboard Integrates OpenEd OER with Learning Management Systems -- THE Journal

"Blackboard has partnered with OpenEd to integrate its open educational resources (OER) library with its learning management system (LMS) and other solutions. OpenEd offers standards-aligned resources from a range of sources and in a variety of formats, including games, assessments, videos, assignments and lesson plans. As a result of the partnership, teachers will now be able to access OpenEd resources through Blackboard Open Content, Blackboard's cloud-based learning object repository. The deal makes more than half a million resources available to users of Blackboard Learn, Moodlerooms and Blackboard Classroom including resources for math, language arts, social studies and science."
