The event brought together 30 representatives of the European technical universities, including Prof. Dr. Eng. Laurenţiu Dan Milici from "Ştefan cel Mare" University of Suceava. The debates were focused on the theme Open Science, a new concept that started in the university environment as a movement that allows full and free access to scientific research, experimental data, developed software, as well as their dissemination to all levels of societies, amateurs and professionals. The discussions focused on researchers' competencies in relation to the Open Science concept, so that they can manage information, conduct research, and engage in community life."
