Leipziger "Bibliotheca Arabica" soll arabische Literatur erschließen (Leipzig "Bibliotheca Arabica" is to open Arabic literature)

Summary:

"Bibliotheca Arabica" is an Internet platform for historical Arabic literature produced in Leipzig.  There is a wealth of original Arabic writings that can be captured and made discoverable by the database.  The project, in cooperation with the University of Leipzig, will be included in the funded federal and state program Academy. The project has a term of 18 years and will receive a total of 7.5 million euros.
