'John Wiley and Sons Inc., the E-Medien Österreich (KEMÖ) and the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) have concluded a three-year combined open access publication and subscription agreement. This transformative agreement gives scientists and students from 22 KEMÖ facilities access to all subscription journals published by Wiley. In addition, authors of these facilities will be able to publish unlimited Open Access in Wiley hybrid magazines without incurring any costs.'
