While Emmanuel Macron promised last month that France would "methodically but resolutely proceed to a pro-active opening" of its public data, Henri Verdier, the number one of the Interministerial Directorate for Digital (DINSIC), confirmed to us through an interview that the state engages in a "new dynamic".
