Launch of the Open Data Charter Measurement Guide - European Data Portal

The Open Data Charter Measurement Guide gives an overview on existing measurement tools for each Open Data Charter principle. It provides the possibility to compare the different indicators that are used in the five largest Open Data measurement initiatives  —  the European Open Data Maturity Assessment by the European Data Portal, the Web Foundation’s Open Data Barometer, Open Knowledge International’s Global Open Data Index, Open Data Watch’s Open Data Inventory and OECD’s OURdata Index.
