"For the time being, the EU Parliament has rejected the controversial plans for copyright reform. The proposal was not waved by the MEPs, but rather a debate is to be held in autumn, with the possibility of amendments. This is a great success for net policy activists, because a few weeks ago there was still a lot of support for a clear adoption of the reform proposal."
