STM welcomes revised Plan S implementation guidance

STM welcomes the publication of cOAlition S’s revised implementation guidance for Plan S based on extensive community feedback, including comments submitted by STM. We fully support and share the goals of expanding access to peer-reviewed scientific works, and we stand ready to continue to work with cOAlition S and individual funders to make a more open scholarly communication environment a reality.
