The program of the training initiative includes a series of meetings on topics relevant to the professional and personal growth of future researchers and has as its objective the acquisition of Soft Skills, those interdisciplinary skills that include communication, interpersonal relationships and with the world of work and the ability to interpret the complex and mobile landscape of training for the profession. Participation in PhD Educational Week on Transferable Skills is reserved for PhD students from the University's doctoral school.

Among the modules in the program we would like to mention the course developed by the Library System "Scholarly communication and principles of Open Science" on the topics of Intellectual Property, Copyright, Open Access to publications and research data (Open Access, Open Data), Management of research data, Data management plan. Course materials will soon be available on our website.
