Summary:

[google transl.] European science is finally becoming freely accessible, and Spain is being left out.

A proposal signed by 11 European national research organisations aims to make the biggest leap ever taken by science towards freedom of knowledge. According to the initiative, called cOAlition S, all publications that have been subsidized with public money must be published in specialized journals Open Access, open to everyone and available for free scientific intellectual exchange. Spain is not one of these 11 organisations.
