"SPEC Kit 351, Affordable Course Content and Open Educational Resources, investigates the degree to which ARL member institutions are systematically exploring affordable course content and OER support and development, the level of administrative support for these initiatives, the institutional stakeholders involved, and the role of the library in local and cross-institutional initiatives.

The Affordable Course Content and Open Educational Resources reviewed survey findings reported by ARL member libraries in March 2016. Presenters were Anita Walz, Virginia Tech; Kristi Jensen, University of Minnesota; and Joseph A. Salem, Jr., Penn State University.
