"As part of the project Austrian Transition to Open Access (AT2OA) this event is focussing on Open Access monitoring and the (different) international approaches towards this topic. We aim to bring together different experiences and perspectives on the topic of the measurement of the Open Access share. Therefore definitions, processes and challenges in the field of measuring the share of Open Access publications will be discussed.
