Committed to open research, we offer researchers, institutions and their funders open access (OA) options for journals, books and sharing research data. We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our open access marketing team to plan and implement tactical marketing activities to support Scientific Reports, the world’s largest academic mega journal. Working with the marketing manager you’ll help attract authors to publish their research in the journal and increase website usage through targeted digital marketing campaigns and specific audience messaging. You will also work closely with in-house editorial/publishing teams on marketing advocacy campaigns to the journal’s extensive external editorial board. Our ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background along with excellent planning, organizational and copy writing skills. Given the nature of the work you’ll demonstrate flexibility to work on a number of different projects at any one time to deliver marketing campaigns to time and budget.
