Utrecht University - Research Data Manager: building towards Open Science (0.9 - 1.0 FTE) - Dutch Techcentre for Life Sciences

"We are looking for a Data Manager (for research data) to further expand the Research Data Management team at the University Library (UB). Besides this position we also have two positions for a Consultant Research Data Management. The data manager will be involved in large-scale research projects or will work on a more general level at our faculties. As a data manager you work on datamanagement issues during every phase of the data cycle. You play a crucial role in securing the quality of research data in all its manifestations, in this way enabling optimal use and reuse of the data. On a detailed level, you work on complex data(processing) issues, and, if necessary, give your input to improve processes or systems. You assist researchers in the planning of collecting, managing and publishing data, both in new or ongoing projects. You are co-responsible for creating your own assignments, and preferably work on two or three assignments at the same time."
