Summary:

From Deepl's english :

Since 2019, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation makes available a set of indicators to measure the share of open access scientific publications. Updated annually, the Open Science Barometer (BSO) reports on the progress of Open Access in French research. The code and methodology have been made available to all to encourage local re-appropriation. The University of Lorraine has adapted this code to the specificities of a university and has also given it back to the community. Based on this work, the University of Evry is today publishing its barometer to contribute to the national policy in favour of open access to scientific publications. Please note: the data on which the barometer is based comes from the Web of Science, Hal, PubMed and Lens.org. They are not exhaustive, particularly in the field of HSS, despite the enrichments and cross-references made. Moreover, only publications with a DOI are taken into account. Insofar as the national barometer and its local variations (University of Lorraine and University of Evry) are based on the same sources and the same biases, their results are comparable.
