The Open Access transformation and, in particular, the publication-based financing models are fundamentally changing the acquisition activities of libraries. On the one hand, the lecture will show how the relationship between acquisition and collection development is changing due to the new framework conditions and which fields of action arise as a result. On the other hand, the effects of publication-based financing models on the control options of library acquisition activities will be discussed, e.g. which options exist when funds are scarce or to what extent the success (reach/use) of the acquisition can still be measured at all. Die Open Access Transformation und dabei insbesondere die publikationsbasierten Finanzierungsmodelle verändern das Erwerbungshandeln von Bibliotheken grundlegend. Im Vortrag soll zum einen gezeigt werden, wie sich durch die neuen Rahmenbedingungen das Verhältnis von Erwerbungshandeln und Bestandsentwicklung verändert und welche Handlungsfelder sich dadurch ergeben. Zum anderen sollen Auswirkungen publikationsbasierter Finanzierungsmodelle auf die Steuerungsmöglichkeiten des bibliothekarischen Erwerbungshandelns diskutiert werden, z.B. welche Optionen bei Mittelknappheit bestehen oder inwiefern sich der Erfolg (Reichweite/ Nutzung) der Erwerbung überhaupt noch messen lässt.
