Multilingualism Survey

On behalf of the OPERAS-P project, Task “Innovative Models of Bibliodiversity in Scholarly Publications”, we would like to invite you to participate in a survey regarding “Multilingualism in Scholarly Communication”.

Given the growing need to strengthen the bonds between stakeholders involved in scholarly communication and multilingualism, this survey has a two-fold purpose:

(i) to have a better understanding of the role of multilingualism as an expression of bibliodiversity in scholarly communication;

(ii) to make a contribution to the conceptual design of a platform prototype for community-owned translation services at the scholarly communication level, involving the needs of publishers, translators, and researchers.

You may answer the survey by selecting a single profile, but you may also select two or even three, in the case that they all apply to your particular situation.

Each selected profile takes about 5 minutes to be filled.

Your collaboration in answering and helping to disseminate the survey would be most appreciated. The survey is open until July 15

For further questions, please contact Delfim Leão (leo[a]fl.uc.pt), also on behalf of the team members of OPERAS-P, Task “Innovative Models of Bibliodiversity in Scholarly Publications”
