"Approaching the end of the fiscal year, we are reflecting on our achievements and learnings so far and setting up and planning for the next phase of work....We are finalizing the report from our preliminary investigation into defining open scholarly infrastructure. We would like to sincerely thank everyone for your input and feedback - we have learnt a lot, both from the content of your comments and from running this open comment period! In parallel, our research team is working on various investigations, including an analytic memo on community governance in scholarly communication, a literature review on non-profit governance, and an exploration of the value of community for open infrastructure services. As the fiscal year comes to an end, we are working on financial reporting and budget forecasts for the next fiscal year. We are also in the process of identifying contractors and scoping some communications work, including implementing a Customer Relationship Management system, redesigning our website, and updating our brand and visual language....
