"We are pleased to announce the 2014 Open Access Week competition is now open! The competition is an annual INASP/UNESCO collaboration aimed at showcasing the Open Access activities of universities and research institutions within developing and emerging countries. The event takes place in the months leading up to the seventh annual Open Access Week (October 20-26). This global event provides an opportunity for the academic and research community to learn more about the potential benefits of Open Access, to share what they’ve learned with colleagues, and to help inspire wider participation in Open Access developments.
